Obama Supports The Mosque

Controversy looms on both sides over the Mosque being built so close to ground zero.
Many people who lost loved ones on 9-11 feel this is a slap in their face. They say a shrine should not be erected by the same countries who killed our people and took down our Towers. It would be a reminder everyday of the hate Muslims have toward our Country.
Obama, who many feel is a devout Muslim himself, says they have the right to practice their religion the same as anyone else and is for building the Mosque.

Although our Constitution says people have the right to practice their religion in the manner they wish, the question becomes what is the right thing to do? Is it right to disrespect the families who lost loved ones?

In my opinion it is not right and should be stopped. We have already seen our rights taken away by other Countries. Our kids can't pledge their allegiance to the flag at school. They can't sing God Bless America or pray before a meal at school. Christ can not be displayed at a school function.
This is as much a slap in the face to Christians as building the Mosque by ground zero.

Harry Reid whom I feel will say anything to stay in office says this will hurt Dems and make Obama a one term president. In my opinion that would be great! Bill O'Reilly says let them build it then try the Gitmo prisoners there. Definitely a bit of humor to think about.

Sharia Law takes woman's rights away by leaning more toward men. Sharia Law also includes honor killing.
History shows when a country gains a large Muslim population they will begin to implement the law.
They believe in punishment such as amputation of a hand or foot for theft and public flogging for people caught drinking alcohol.

Is this what we want our Country to turn into, I think not. Our Forefathers built America with the belief people should be tried fairly. They had the right to a better future. Prosperity was something anyone willing to work could achieve. I am only one voice speaking but I can not support anyone who believes in this religion. I will stand against this until I take my last breath.

Don't give our Country to Muslims Obama. Even you can't hate America that much.

You have heard my views, now I would like to hear yours.

  1. It is a slap in the face to every one in this country. I did not lose anyone personally, but I did lose fellow Americans in that attack and feel personally affected by the incident. There is no way it is right for our country to allow the mosque to be built on Hallowed Ground.
I would never go to it even out of curiosity just because of where it will be and what it represents. They are celebrating a conquest.

Deanie, If it looks like a duck, if it acts like a duck,if it quacks like a duck...then it's a duck; if it looks like a Muslim, if it acts like a Muslim, it it talks like a Muslim...it damn sure ain't a duck. Muslim parents, YES, Muslim school, YES..."You can't go back on your rasing" obama is ready to surrender New York to the Muslims just as he has surrendered eighty miles of the state of Arizona to illegal Mexicans, human trafficers and drug cartels. Remember to send obama packing for a permanent vacation in Novmber along with bloomberg and all others who would, will and do cede our country, bit by bit, to unwelcome governments.

Well spoken Texan. It would be a change to see this government do something for our people rather than kissing butt to illegals and other nations. My biggest fear is if I lived near the mosque when it was finished is that some nut might fly a plane into it killing more people.
I agree with FF, everyone has the right to their own religion, but why do they have to bring it to the US? As for my opinion they can stick their mosque where the sun doesn't shine.

I'm mad as hell that our potus would express his opinion about the mosque. He has to realize it is not right to build the mosque any where near ground zero.
The mosque represents too much hate and will disrupt the lives of the decent Muslims living in this country. Yes there are Muslims who believe this is the wrong thing to do.

With all the troubles in this country and world a person has to stay informed. FF thanks for sharing this with us.

PP, I agree there are no good Muslims. As Obama said at his inauguration we are a Christian and Muslim country. Where did he ever get that idea? His teleprompter must not have been on.

  7. Sharia Law can't be allowed in this country. All that our Founding Fathers strived for will be wasted. The wars we fought for Freedom and lives lost will have been for nothing.
It has long been known that Obama has strong Muslim ties and believes in Sharia Law. It appears he wants to become the world leader and the only way he can do it is through the Muslims. This has got to stop.
Muslims build their temples on ground where they have won bloody battles, to show the world how powerful they are. That is why it is so important to build that close to the Hallowed Grounds. We can't let them win. This is America and still a Free Country.

  8. FF, all 300 million of us are victims of the 911 attack. I did a post on my blog on this same topic....one thing is certain: we are well within our rights to express our displeasure and I believe it is wise to do so. And, we really ought to be hearing from the "good Muslims" soon like Dem reject noted above.

Keep up the good work Freedom Fighter.
