The word Progressive means to make progress and to move forward. Obama has changed the term Liberal to Progressive. This doesn't sound like any major change. It is saying the Democrat Party is a group who will progress our Country to move forward. But when Obama makes a move our Country normally looses.
A Progressive used to stand for expanding schools, improve working conditions, building playgrounds, restricting child labor, regulating drug and food companies.
Four amendments were adopted during the true pProgressive era. It provided the people to elect Senators, authorized income tax, gave the vote to women and prohibited the manufacture and sale of alcohol.
This administration has turned the meaning around. Today it means government should control not only all large businesses but the people also. A Progressive today shows a picture of Socialist control where government tells you where you can work, how you will raise your family and what type of media you can listen to.
The reason I say this is look at what this administration is doing to our Constitution. They want to abolish our amendments. They stand for gun control, limiting freedom of speech, the right to dissolve the Tea Party Movement and bring us down to a point we are forced to rely on Big Gov. They are trying to make us believe we can not make a decision on our own, we are too stupid.
Obama has surrounded himself with czars who want to take our country down such as Van Jones (who has stepped down.) He is a self proclaimed Communist. He worked for ten years of his life with people he met in jail and wanted to become a Revolutionary.
Andy Stern is a Left Wing thug and head of SEIU. He is anti-American, anti-business and a Left-Wing Extremist.
Obama has made it clear he stands behind the SEIU.
This is just to name a few of the New Progressives Obama has surrounded himself with.
Beware people, they will indoctrinate our children and rewrite our Constitution. They will spend and tax our Country into ruin. This has already started. Our schools now have the largest drop out rate, manufacturing has almost stopped, we export nothing and our jobless rate is at an all time high. They want to change our textbooks and take out American history. They are brain washing a group of people who don't have the political knowledge to vote on their own. These people who believe the Government will give them everything they want.
We have to educate those who do not understand what True Freedom is all about.
We have to teach them to know who and what they are voting for.
2010 is the year that can stop this Progressive movement from going forward.
I shutter to think, if we can't stop this movement, what our Country could look in another 5 to 10 years.
Vote however you are led, but know what the repercussions could be if we don't stop this movement.

Reconciliation and Health Care
The words reconciliation rings out across the US today. The people are saying it is a travesty if Dems allow reconciliation to be used on such an important issue as Government Run Health Care.
Reconciliation has been an objective for parties which has been around for years. Since 1980 it has been used 21 times. What it boils down to is when Congress can not get a bill passed they can opt to reconcile it. This gives them the power to push the bill through the Senate with 51 votes rather than the normal 60 votes. Reconciliation requires 20 hours of debate on bills being voted on and amendments being adopted.
Former Pres Bill Clinton vetoed 3 reconciliation bills put before him. Reconciliation is normally opted in, when Congress is voting to lower the defecit. Democrats are now using it to pass the Health Care Bill Americans have been rejecting for a year.
While 57% of mainstream voters reject Gov Health Care, Obama, Pelosi and Reid demands it to be put through in it's entirety. Pelosi demands to the public 'you do not understand the issues at hand and whether you like it or not it will go through.'
Knowing this will increase our defecit to alarming highs and raise taxes on everyone, they continue to go forward with their gallant quest for power. They don't seeem to care it could bring our country to its' knees. Many countries are already saying they will not buy our treasury notes and many holding our notes can not sell them. Ben Bernanke said "If we don't lower the National Debt our country will go down.
As I am writin and watching the bipartisan Health Care Summit I am still unable to believe Obama's arrogance. When asked a question he does not agree with, he lashes out like a young child.
He said, "I promise we will get this settled before the day is over." Republicans asked him to start over disclosing fair bipartenship from the beginning.
I question how the Dems can take a year to work on it and have it rejected by the people, then believe a 6 hour meeting will solve every problem?
Sen. Chriss Dodd (D- Ct) has said 'when the meeting is over they better join us or get out of the way.'
Do they think the American people are stupid? Do they think we can not make a decision on our own and have to let government decide on everything for us?
If this administration shoves this down our throat, I believe the people will rebell in November.
A wave of hatred is growing in America today. People have awoken to the fact this administration is doing everything they can to take our rights and freedom away.
Continue with your damn smug looks Obama. When you get your arrogant face slapped like a stepchild by the voters maybe then you can wake up to see you are not as smart as you think. Listen to both sides, everyone is not as stupid as your acorn friends.

The Power Of Executive Orders
Many of you who have kept up with my articles have read how Obama enacted an Executive Order (EO) in December while no one was watching. That was when he gave Interpol (World Police) authority over all of our law enforcement agencies including the FBI and CIA.
What Does This Mean To The People?
If Obama wanted to he could make and EO stating our Country was in a state of emergency, in order to save our Country he was going to enact EOs to help control the economy. This would enable him to control news networks on radio, television, the internet, all utilities, petroleum and government spending.
By going through the Sec. of Agriculture he could control all food distribution without going through Congress.
Obama has said "We can't afford to let politics stand in the way of a well functioning government."
Nancy Pelosi said " We have legislative tricks to get health care through."
She has also stated if we can't go through the gate we will go under, climb over or parachute in, but we will have it.
Comments like those do not sound like a government working for the people. They sound more like an administration trying to take over our Country. To me these comments do not sound like Socialism but more like Communism.
Where does this leave the people if he enacts EOs? Nullification is the one way we have to fight back.
Tell your firends, family and anyone else who will listen to what could happen. Ask them to contact their State Representatives and Senators saying it is time to give America back to the people. This November vote against the politicians who are trying to lead our Country in the wrong direction. 2010 could be our last chance if we do not take a stand. The Fall Of America - UN Arms Treaty
In order fo a Government to take over and control a country certains steps must be put into place.
Many Americans have begun to see how Obama and his administration are leading us into bankruptcy. He now has control over large banks, auto industries and if he gets his way health care. By controlling health care he also controls the pharmaceutical companies. Step one is nearly complete.
In Dec of 2009 Obama signed an executive order giving Interpol (International Police) all authority in the US. They can not be questioned by the FBI or any other law agency in the country. They do not have to show any paper work and have the power to take your home or business without question. Step 2 has been put into place.
How will step 3 be enacted?
Hillary Clinton, Sec. of State, is working with the United Nations in order to confiscate our guns. The US joined 152 Countries who support Arms Trade Treaty. This establishes the 2012 UN conference to attack American sovereignity and strip us ouf our right to Bear Arms.
Clinton who hates guns has pledged to push the US Senate to ratify the treaty. All firearms owned by the government would be excluded, our guns would be gone.
Obama found out he could not take our guns away by increasing taxes on ammunition or regulating the States. Since nullification has begun to take hold, the states can stop it. Knowing this, he uses the back door of the UN to achieve his objectives.
By enacting Interpol he would have the world police to back him. He knows many law enforcement agencies and military personnel would not take up arms against fellow Countrymen, so he goes around them to get what he wants.
Former UN Ambassador John Bolton has told gun owners to watch out for this treaty. He says the UN is showing it as an International Arms Trade between states. He goes on to say the real agenda is to control domestic firearms.
It is time to take action. We have to tell everyone we know to e-mail their Senators saying we don't want the Arms Trade Treaty Resolution, vote against it.

How To Stop Big Government
I have received many emails from readers wanting to know more about nullification and what repercussions it could have on a state. In the writing of my first article, "Could Nullification be America's Future," I stated I was not sure if the government could somehow persecute a state for imposing nullification. Checking into it I have learned more about the subject.
For those of you who did not read my first article, nullification is when a state says; 'In the boundaries of our State we do not accept the law Government has handed down and will not enforce it. We deem it unconstitutional.' This could be a states greatest asset to beating Big Government.
Nullification does not require any decision or action from any branch of the Government, nor does it require a court ruling and does not require permission from any person or institution outside of one's own State.
It can not be leagally repealed by Congress without amending the US Constitution, nor can it be overruled by the Supreme Court or abolished by any executive order.
The Government hopes people never hear of it because this ties their hands. 25 States over the past 2 years have enacted nullification over the real ID Act. It has also been imposed by many states for the sale of medical marijuana. None of these states have been persecuted, the Gov finally turned their back to it.
If the Gov did try to stop a State from nullifing, they could send agents in to uphold the law. If that happened a State could have County Sheriffs require Federal Agents to have written permission before acting in their County.
Washington would then have to consider if the agents going in would uphold the order and punish people for imposing their Constitutional Rights. Many of them could ignore the order because they believe the same way we do. If enough States nullify, the Gov does not have the manpower to cover the order.

Our Leader Speaks
Like a virgins first kiss my body tingled all over, my heart was pounding so hard I thought it would jump out of my chest. The palms of my hands became clammy while chills ran up and down my spine. I could feel my knees growing weak and hoped they would continue to hold me up as the eloquent words rolled off Obama's lips Wed. night. I clung to the arm of a chair struggling for support. Yea Right...
For 70 minutes he rattled on saying the same garbage we have heard for a year. With the exception of Nancy Pelosi, does this man think anyone was inspired?
Sen Bob Casey(D-Pa) said, "You don't have to say over and over job creation is there, just do it." When a person is elected to the highest position our Nation can offer, he or she has to show accountability.
All I have seen so far is more broken promises. What we were promised Wed. we received Thursday afternoon. The senate voted in another $1.4 trillion stimulus package. This brings our National debt to over 14 trillion dollars.
All Dems voted for it while all Repubs voted Nay.
Is this the change we could believe in or is this the transformation of our Country Obama said we were going to see?
Stop telling the American people we are stupid Obama. We will show you what stupid can do in 2010 and 2012. As for your speech and promises all I can say is I think you are still full of BS.

A Ray Of Hope
The voice of the American people is being heard in Washington thanks to the courage voters in Mass. After 48 years of being a Democratic state, they have said this is enough. Scott Brown's victory over Martha Coakley was a vote heard across our Nation.
Scott Brown an Independent running on the Republican ticket came up in the polls overnight, taking the Senate seat.
This gave us back a two party vote in the Senate, which we have not seen in a year.
Because of Obama's broken campaign promises arrogance and greed we have not seen an honest vote go through the house or Senate. What we have seen in his first year is
In one year. along with Pelosi, Reid, Barney and others he managed to turn the voters against him, thus giving us back our country. I will always thank him for this because I believe in 2010 we will be able to give the power back to the people.
A great leader is built on the concern he shows for the people he leads. I hope obama can see this some day and stand up to the responsibility he was voted into office for.
The people spoke in Mass. and in November will speak again.

- He has stated to foreign Nations we are no longer a religious Nation and has spent millions of dollars flying his entourage to Copenhagen to address Climate Change.
- Obama still plays the blame game rather than step up to the plate and accept responsibility.
- He has surrounded himself with corrupt Czars such as: Van Jones a known Communist; tax evaders who have control of our money and people who work for our rights to be taken away.
- He also accepted a Nobel Peace Price for accomplishments he never achieved.

Could Nullification be America's Future?
Though new to me Nullification offers a way for States who do not believe Congress is properly representing their interest to reject any national health care bill or law that is contrary to the States belief.
In 2010 Arizona will vote on an amendment which would let them opt out of Government health care. Florida, Michigan, Ohio and Pennsylvania are also considering the same thing.
HJR48 proposes an amendment which prohibits compelling a person to participate in any health care plan.
Nullification has a long standing history in the United States. When a state nullifies a law is not effective within that states boundries.
Montana and Tennessee have already passed laws to nullify federal gun laws within their states.
Thirteen states are already defying Federal Marijuana Prohibition. The Obama administration will no longer try to fight or enforce the law.
In the last 2 years more than 20 states have been able to prevent the Real ID Act of 2005 from being implemented. They refused to comply and to this date have never been challenged in a court of law.

International Criminal Court Could Be America's Future
Last week I wrote (Death To Our Constitution) about Obama signing Executive order 12425 giving Interpol (International Criminal Police Organization) complete authority over every law enforcement agency in America and enforced a law where Congress could not over-ride them. Today I am writing about another step he is taking which could be worse than the one above.
Obama has sent a delegation to the Hague in order to study issues involving U.S. Citizens being subject to International Criminal Court (ICC).
Gary Kreep, executive Director, of the United States Justice Foundation (USJF.net) says their organization is preparing to take legal action against the administration when this is passed. The Obama administration believes the U.S. should be subject to global laws and not the Constitution. With the help of Socialists Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid and other radical left wing Dems., they will try to push this through sometime around the middle of the year.
ICC does not protect us from double jeopardy, due process rights, trial by a jury or protection under the Constitution. Obamacare does not care about our rights they care about power over the people without any representation except Big Government.
If this passes we will have no rights such as a right to a speedy trial, right to remain silent, presumption of innocence, or the right to cross examine.
Think of our country when we see the Constitution disappear and our American Sovereignty destroyed.
This law puts all of our military men and women fighting overseas at risk, we have already seen this with 3 Navy Seals who are being tried for hitting a terrorist in the stomach.
It will not stop at this. He will go on to initiate Climate Change, Copenhagen Treaty and Environmental Protection which in the end will cost us billions of tax dollars, send our jobs overseas and giving money to foreign countries.
Many people I talk to have blank looks on their face or say 'Hey, I don't believe our government would do this to us.' Others say 'I don't have time to keep up with all the news.' America, you better get off your butts and figure out that these people are taking our Country away. Forget Socialism, this administration is taking us far beyond that. It is time to pull our heads out of the sand and begin telling others what is happening. This is your life along with your children who are going to be the greatest loosers.
Don't worry about the vote in 2010 or 2012 if we do not act now! These people could enact so many laws that a legal vote might not exist.
If you elect to sit back and do nothing don't be the first one to start crying when you find yourself standing in the street with no money, home or a job.
Start standing up for America and our Constitution today, it could be our last chance.
Think about what I am saying as we watch Obama showing us the transparency he promised.
Obama campaigned that C-Span would cover on TV the makings of his Government Run Health Care and in a bipartisan manner. Now, the Dems want to do this behind closed doors and will not allow C-Span any coverage or the Repubs any participation.
At what point do we say, this administration is not protecting our rights?

With the help of Socialists Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid and other radical left wing Dems., they will try to push this through sometime around the middle of the year.
ICC does not protect us from double jeopardy, due process rights, trial by a jury or protection under the Constitution. Obamacare does not care about our rights they care about power over the people without any representation except Big Government.
If this passes we will have no rights such as a right to a speedy trial, right to remain silent, presumption of innocence, or the right to cross examine.
Think of our country when we see the Constitution disappear and our American Sovereignty destroyed.
This law puts all of our military men and women fighting overseas at risk, we have already seen this with 3 Navy Seals who are being tried for hitting a terrorist in the stomach.
It will not stop at this. He will go on to initiate Climate Change, Copenhagen Treaty and Environmental Protection which in the end will cost us billions of tax dollars, send our jobs overseas and giving money to foreign countries.
Many people I talk to have blank looks on their face or say 'Hey, I don't believe our government would do this to us.' Others say 'I don't have time to keep up with all the news.' America, you better get off your butts and figure out that these people are taking our Country away. Forget Socialism, this administration is taking us far beyond that. It is time to pull our heads out of the sand and begin telling others what is happening. This is your life along with your children who are going to be the greatest loosers.
Don't worry about the vote in 2010 or 2012 if we do not act now! These people could enact so many laws that a legal vote might not exist.
If you elect to sit back and do nothing don't be the first one to start crying when you find yourself standing in the street with no money, home or a job.
Start standing up for America and our Constitution today, it could be our last chance.
Think about what I am saying as we watch Obama showing us the transparency he promised.
Obama campaigned that C-Span would cover on TV the makings of his Government Run Health Care and in a bipartisan manner. Now, the Dems want to do this behind closed doors and will not allow C-Span any coverage or the Repubs any participation.
At what point do we say, this administration is not protecting our rights?

Death To The Constitution - Interpol
On Dec. 16, 2009 while Americans were enjoying the Holidays, Obama gave us a present which will take us far beyond the realm of Socialism.
Thursday, Dec. 17 the White House released an Executive Order amending EO12425. This gives the International Criminal Police Organization (Interpol) full diplomatic immunity.
It also gives Interpol the authority on American soil to investigate law enforcement activities with complete immunity from U.S. laws such as the Information Act and complete independence of oversight from the F.B.I.
The global law enforcement now has full law enforcement authority in the U.S. without any discrimination on it's power.

Interpols assets can not be searched or confiscated and their archives can not be checked for any reason or by any power in the U.S. They can not be restrained by the U.S. Constitution, Congress, law enforcement, media or the American people to scrutinize.
By removing some of President Reagan's wording in the 1983 Executive Order, Obama was able to give Interpol unlimited authority over our Country.
Americans are asking why anyone would want to give an international police force the right to stash government files, confiscate personal property, have information on wanted persons, missing persons, stolen vehicles and terrorists when we already have these organizations in our Country?
The answer is because they will have authority over us and we as citizens will have no legal recourse against the government.
You ask why is this necessary? There are many different opinions about this. Here are some of the ones I have heard.
This will give Obama the power to keep his birth cerfificate and college records sealed from the people. If he claims any person or organizations are terrorists or detremental to the U.S. through hate crime laws he would have the power to shut them down.
This could include Tea Party protesters, radio and TV stations speaking against him, web and blog sites or service men coming home.
Janet Napolitano has stated men coming home from the war could be right wing extremists and take up arms against America.
It could give Obama the power in 2010 to eliminate many media organizations in order to hold a Democratic House and Senate. He would also be able to distribute the wealth without any controversy.
People are asking - Why haven't we heard about this from the media, Congress or Obama?
I believe this has been planned for a long time. By waiting until Congress was about to adjourn and was wrapped up with the Health Care Bill, he was able to keep people's focus off of this.
Why didn't Obama discuss this before taking such a step? When a person or party is determined to take over a Country, silence has to prevail so action can not be taken against it.
Can this be turned around? The only way is by another President or Obama himself.
What can we do about it? Hope Americans will have anotoher honest vote and tell everyone you know what is happening.
Obama has finally done it! He holds the U.S. in his hands. Americans voted for change they could believe in and all we got was Socialism.
Many people today believe that FEMA is setting up prison camps across the U.S. so the new World Order will be able to control American citizens who protest or retaliate against government.
Is Interpol the beginning of the New World System by simply declaring Martial Law in our Country?
