What Is A Hate Crime?

At the fast pace our laws are changing I began to wonder what this administration calls a hate crime. It appears if you go against our laws it is ok.

Tea Party participants along with town hall goers are being pegged as extremists and a threat to this country. There have been no outbreaks of violence from them, we have been called Tea Bagging Rednecks who oppose a black man being elected to the office of President of the United States.

At the election polls black panthers stood at the doors threatening voters. They were arrested then all charges were dropped.

Minutemen were attacked in downtown San Francisco at the Mayday Immigration Rally. They were attacked by immigrant protesters and 3 people were beaten. Police say the crowd of 2000 would have attacked the small group of 40 had it not been foe the large amount of security.   Read the Article a SF Minuteman  wrote and be sure to watch his unbelievable video of the event.

In Az. immigrant protesters painted graffiti on buildings and threatened to  burn businesses. Obama along with his radical administration seemed to overlook this, saying Arizona needs to change the law and not harass Mexicans.
Erik Holder says we should read terrorists their Miranda Rights.  He refuses to attribute terror activities to radical Islam and even though he said he had not read the Az. immigration bill he puts it down.

It appears hate is defined as acceptable if you are on the wrong side of the law or working with this administration.
It is unacceptable if you attend Tea Parties or Town Hall meetings. When this happens you are called terrorists, extremists, astro-turf by Nancy Pelosi, Janet Napolitano and Harry Reid.

Racism Hell - It's The Law!

Anger is growing by the day after Governor Jan Brewer signed the Arizona Illegal Immigration Bill into law.
Thousands of protesters gathered across America saying the law is un-Constitutional.
Unlike the peaceful gathering of the Tea Parties who stand for smaller government and less spending the Hispanic protesters threw water bottles at police, broke windows, threatened to burn Phoenix and screamed racist slurs. HBO talk show host Bill Maher said, "if you are racist, you're probably a Republican."

Obama is trying to repeal the law stating the Federal Government should make the law and not the States. What planet did you Liberal Socialists come from?
It has always been a law in this Country for a person seeking citizenship to go through due process of the law.

My ancestors came from Ireland and became US Citizens. After the Civil war they were burned out. In wagons pulled by oxen they settled in Arkansas. They share cropped and took any job they could find to feed their families. The women boiled mud from the destroyed salt bins in order to have salt for their tables.
My great grandparents (on my mothers side) were so poor they lived in a cave in their younger years located in Oklahoma. My grandmother was four with blond hair, the Indians were impressed with her and offered to buy her for a two ponies. Being refused they returned a week later to give her a set of moccasins they had made, one of which I still have.

As a child I saw many days we did not have enough food to go around. In my early twenties I slept in the back of pick-ups, on beaches and on park benches while striving to become a business owner. Many times I fell on my face. Picking myself up I didn't ask for a free ride or help from the government, I started over.

You call it un-Constitutional, racial profiling or anything you wish. I say hell no to amnesty.
Don't give them citizenship until they earn it the way everyone else has had to.

No one gave a handout to my  ancestors why should I have to pay for welfare and food stamps for a bunch of illegals.

Be proud to show your ID. This is a small price to pay for freedom. I back Arizona 100% and hope Texas and other states follow behind them. Remember in November what legacy you are leaving your children and grandchildren whey you vote.
Say no to people trying to fundamentally change our country.

Arizona Immigration Law

Arizona's new law SB 1070 is creating an outbreak across America. Sen John McCain approached Janet Napolitano requesting the National Guards to be brought to the Arizona border to help fight drug cartels and illegals from entering the state. Knowing Obama's feelings concerning giving illegals citizenship nothing was accomplished. She stated on television that she thought the border is as safe now as it was when she was governor.

Governor Jan Brewer said Enough is enough! If D.C. will not help us then we will help ourselves. 70% of Arizonans agreed with her so the law was signed. It will be 90 days before it is imposed. Az is the 2nd largest place in the world for people to be kidnapped and I believe number one in the U.S.

Hudspeth County Sheriff Arvin West has told the residents of Fort Hancock, Texas to arm themselves because he does not have enough officers to protect them.

Gov Jim Gibbons (R-Nv) said "Racial profiling should be for terrorism. If you come across as a bad person, you're going to do harm to our citizens, whether it is dealing drugs, commit crime or commit a terrorist act. Absolutely we ought to profile everybody that looks like a terrorist."

Some states are boycotting Az., such as California (Los Angeles) and Florida are telling people not to hold conventions there. A Washington council meets next week calling on city governments to boycott Arizona.

Sen McCain said on Hannity Sunday night people are calling for the burning of Arizona if the law goes into effect.

Reading and hearing all this makes me wonder if people have become so afraid it is impairing their judgement. When the government will not step up and help True American Citizens in danger we have lost everything our Country fought for.
Our laws elaborate that you can not be in this country illegally. That being the case then I believe these people are breaking the law and should be dealt with accordingly. Why would anyone be opposed to showing their ID knowing it could protect them and their families? It is time we stood up to lawmakers saying if you won't help us we will. This one sided administration we have now is for nothing more than imposing a radical agenda against us.

As for me if someone tries to break into my home intending harm, I will protect my family by every means I can.
As for Arizona's new law all I can say is Godspeed ahead. I would go to hell and back to protect my border state of Texas.

The Third Party

A number of people across the Internet believe we should start a third party. I agree in many cases we cannot trust Republicans anymore than the Democrats. My concern is when should the third party be instigated and what would it represent?

I was reading a blog yesterday written by a person whose opinion I highly respect. He stated we take an oath to the Constitution to uphold it and for the candidate we believe will best represent us, not for the party.

This is good advice but is it possible the Democrats could believe their side is the party for true government?

If this is the case could we be splitting the vote, giving this radical administration the chance to continue moving in the same direction they are taking us now? Our country is standing on the threshold of losing the freedom we now hold.

Liberals are trying to take freedom of speech away and the right to peaceful assembly (such as the Tea Party Movement.) They want to control our health care. I believe we need health care reform but not government run. Obama is now in New York speaking about financial reform.

I believe we are at a point with the November elections coming up we need to move very carefully. Before making a large move let’s bring ourselves back to a two party system, then go from there. I believe we are on a sinking boat where we are now. At that point you don’t keep putting water in, you get it out and get back on an even keel.

Splitting the vote now could keep Obama, Pelosi and Reid in office.

We see this possibly happening in Florida, with Rubio and Crist both running on the Republican ticket. Rubio holds 37% of the Florida voters. Crist holds 30% of the votes and 22% go to Meeks (D).

With Crist announcing he may run Independent, voters are divided. 37% say he should run Independent. 30% disagree and33% are not sure, 53% of Republicans are against this step and 50% of Democrats are for it. This could be what Obama, Pelosi and Reid are looking at in upcoming elections. I am in full agreement with having a third party, but not splitting the vote and not at a time when our country is standing on such shaky grounds.

Obama's Army Ready to be Deployed Before November Elections

Many Americans are outraged over 80,000 troops being place on our soil before the November vote.
The troops have been training at Fort Stewart, Georgia and will be under the command of Obama. They have been renamed the Special Force. They are the 1st Brigade Combat Team of the 3rd Infantry.
The prupose of this Army is to give Obama the power to use them if civil unrest breaks out in our Country this summer.
The Tea Parties have already seen people coming to instigate problems and break them up. I have seen this at the Amarillo Tx, rally and also at Searchlight, Nv.
Withe the Dems facing large losses this November this would give a Obama a reason to shut them down. When the Tea Parties participants reacte back in anger he could deploy his Army on them.

If martial Law is declared Obama could shut down the elections. This could be his strong hold in 2012. If this happens we could experience how dictatorship is enacted by a Country.

Has Obama Gone Mad?

In our dismal ray of hope that Obama is capable of securing our country from attacks he shows his Marxist, Socialistic agenda once again.
It appears he is more concerned about our enemies feelings that about our people.

Today Obama signed his nuclear treaty with Russia. His strategy is to have zero nuclear weapons within 10 to 11 years. Unfortunately this strategy will work for the good of our enemy not for Americans. This will create new incentives for Countries to continue developing nuclear weapons.

The Russians will not give up their weapons because Obama wishes it. Moscow has said they will not stop their program but they are very happy for Obama to do so.

I am sure Iran is jumping up and down with joy in hearing this. The Heritage Foundation has said "The President’s arms control 'road' is more likely to lead to a new arms race, rather than to 'zero'.”

Basically what Obama is saying is if they nuke us with chemical or biological weapons we should not retaliate the same way.
I can hear Hugo Chavez now, This is great news people. Let's go over and nuke the US with chemical weapons then tell them we are sorry.Under their new treaty they can't do anything.

Obama is trying to buy respect from foreign Countries by saying I guess we could deserve this so we won't hold it against you. Foreign leaders are laughing at his stupidity.

This is better than his announcement of what month we will pull our troops out of Afghanistan. This man has to be stopped before he destroys our entire Country. When he first came into office my greatest fear was Socialism. It has now gone far beyond that. What we are facing if he continues could be Communism or government dictatorship.

I feel the man is mentally unstable and should be challenged.

Many Countries hate us so we are supposed to lay down our defenses and say we are sorry. I find it hard to believe Americans would let this happen to future generations.

Rush Limbaugh is calling Obama Dr Kevorkian, saying he is commiting National Suicide on our Country. He also stated Obama announced he has given the Secret Service new rules of engagement in order to lessen the threats to public officials. Secret Service agents, government body guards are not allowed to shoot any attacker who has a prior criminal record. If someone is shooting at you, are you going to ask if he or she has a criminal record?

Has the stability of our safety been lowered to a point of uncertainty in dealing with our enemy?
My fear is the only ones he might nuke are the Tea Party Participants.

The Liberals Way To Power

A wave of unrest is beginning to grow across our Nation. As Conservatives hold their peacful town hall meetings and Tea Party's, the Liberals show their true colors by trying to disrupt the activities.

While at the Searchlight Tea Party (home of Harry Reid) in Nevada, I saw no outbreaks of anger from the participants. Dems, Ind, and Repubs gathered to protest how Washington is destroying our future. It did not matter what party you represented, but what you stood for and what you want for your children in the future.

The organizers expected around 2,000 people to show up, according to the security and crowd control estimates are 30,000 plus. This is not counting the people who were turned away because there was no more room for parking. The people showed honor not only to the flag but to each other as well.

I met a person named Steven E Maikoski who wrote the book "Initial Points In Politics." Steve is a registered Democrat who is fighting for the same thing all of us are.

As I was handing out literature about our website a lady in her seventies came up and handed me a button with a picture of Harry Reid flipping us off and holding a tea cup. It read "You're invited to High Tea." After giving me a hug and telling me to keep up the good work, she said "This is what our Representatives think of us."
As The Tea Party bus was coming through Searchlight, they were met by a group of Liberals throwing eggs at them and walking hand in hand blocking people from entering the Tea Party. Though the Liberals made fools of themselves, the participants never acted in anger.

Is this what our Government is coming to? Do they believe the only way to fight us is with anger and violence? It's a sad day when you look at ignorance and know these are your neighbors and fellow countrymen. I believe these people will destroy themselves in the end.

Patriots who have never taken a stand before are grouping together saying "Enough Is Enough. Hear our voices because We Are The People."

People can only be pushed so far before they reach the breaking point and reataliate. This is a great Country. Don't let it be destroyed by a party of Freedom Haters. Let your voice be heard in November.
Let our young people 20 to 40 years from now still be able to pledge their allegiance to the Flag and say "God Bless America" without fear of oppression.

The Next Step To Socialism

In Obama's quest to conquer and run our country there are many steps which must be placed in Order.
He has now, through under-handed tricks, bribes and promices managed to get a vote through on Health Care. This would enable him to control pharmaceutical companies along with our money. This also puts the IRS in charge of collecting the Health Care money and fines.

He has managed to begin the indoctrintation of our youth, which will transform our Country.
The wealth is now being redistributed. Obama has Big Government hand in the Auto Industry and our Banks.
With gun control he is having a problem. The states have a loophole call nullification, which many are enacting.
All of these steps have been used by Countries taking over the people.


The next step he will need to push will be amnesty for illegals. This fight could be harder to pass than Health Care. With a mid-term election coming up and the seating of Scott Brown in the Senate, reconcillliation may be his only alternative.
The reason amnesty will be so important to his is 75% of these people will give him their vote.
Because of Health care, it is predicted many Democrats in the House and Senate will loose their seats.


If Obama has to work with a Republican run Congress, he won't be able to push his agenda through as he does now.
In my opinion amnesty will become a larger prority than Cap & Trade.

All segments of socialism must follow a path if it is to succeed without bringing an Army in against the people.
He is quickly moving this Country in that direction. If Americans keep turning the other cheek he will achieve his goal.
We must stand up against the tyranny being pushed upon us.


If the people do not group together and make their voices heard we will loose Freedom as we know it today.
Stand up, tell them enough is enough. Help make our voice heard.

Freedom In Peril

Today America was raped by a group of Political Prostitutes voting on Health Care. They did it by using unethical acts of bribery, closed door meetings and twisting Constitutional laws.

While the majority of people shouted no, their voices fell on deaf ears.
Rep Bart Stupak (D-Mi) said he could not vote on a bill supporting abortion. After a meeting with Obama he changed his mind. He was told after the vote Obama would enact an Executive Order which would not allow any Federal money to go toward abortion.

What does all this mean to America?

• You will pay for Health Care 4 to 6 years before being able to use it.
• The exception will be children who have pre-existing conditions.
• It will add an additional 30 million people to Medicare, which is already broke.
• The IRS will be in charge of collecting the money. They have said 15,000 employees will have to be added every year for the next 10 years.
• The Government will set up the rule for what treatment you will receive and at what time you can receive it.
• The older you become, less money will be allocated for medical treatment.
• Medicare will be cut by 500 million dollars.
• Doctors who now take medicare patients have said many will opt out of it. Up to 43% have said they will consider closing their door within a year or two.
• Walmart has said they will stop taking medicare prescriptions.
• If you refuse to accept the Government plan or pay the penalty, the IRS can take it out of your bank account or out of tax return.

Progressive Socialism is quickly approaching. We are now seeing how fast our Country can be transformed.This is just one of the first steps to abolish Freedom. This administration is trying to control all aspects of our lives. Once they have achieved this, there will be no need for law makers. Government will be able to control the entire economy.

The sad part of this is our young people who are already being indoctrinated to believe this is the way of the future. They will be the ones to feel the reprecussions placed on them by this administration.

A cry is going out across America. I hear and see more angry people than ever before. Their voice is now changing from peaceful methods to retaliation by force.
At the White House today, as Pelosi and her group passed through the protesters, they were hit with a wall of angry people shouting the N-word along with much more.

The seed has been planted.It is now only a guess as to how fast the tree will grow. Progressives know that every time they can get another root embedded, their cause will grow stronger.

Our only hope for future generations is if enough people will stand up and make their voices heard in November.
My hope is they have awoken a sleeping giant.
Keep the Bell of Freedom ringing across America. Vote the Progressives out.

The Vote Without A Vote

The halls of Congress reek with the stench of un-ethical practices being deployed by a group of Dems over health care. Mr. Obama, Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid continue to push their beliefs down America's throat knowing the majority oppose it. I believe this to be the political agenda of a group of people beginning to transform Our Country.

The self-executing rule has been placed into action for a late week vote on health care.
This is a vote used to protect lawmakers who do not wish to publicly support the bill. It is an easy way of saying you can vote on the bill but your constituents won't see the vote.
To do this the House would vote on a package which would be more popular to the Senate bill. After that the House Speaker would state, the majority of the House deems the Health Care Bill to be passed.
The self-executing rule has been used many times before, but never on a bill of such magnitude or cost!

Obama continues to spew his agenda of lies on the bill claiming it will not cost taxpayers any more money and will not hinder Medicare.
Republicans retaliate saying taxes will hit an all time high and will not provide the quality of health care we receive now. They say this is a vote of unscrupulous politicians who are working on a suicidal bill that will determine the fate of their party for many years to come.

I believe that as Americans we have to take a stand against the tyranny of political abuse being put upon us. Call or e-mail your representatives and Senators telling them to listen to the people. Tell your friends to take a stand to keep America free from Big Government.
Let them know if they do not listen and act now in November we will make them listen.
We can not accept the movement of the new progressive, they are as un-constitutional as Hitler himself! They will bring down our Country to a point where there is no return.

As I am writing, Fox News is reporting protesters are calling and showing up at the Capital in record numbers. They are reporting the House phones are burning up, almost to capacity, as the health care debate rages on. There are reports of secret one-on-one confrences with Obama. There are deals and threats as Dems search for 5 more votes. Tea Party Participants are storming the Capitol at this time to protest the bill. They are chanting kill the bill.

I say keep up the good work friends. Let's make our voices heard.
